Mobile Dilemma

My phone is dying on me. You can call me, or message me, but I may not answer. Why's that? Because my phone periodically decides to go into silent mode, and does not ring. I can pick up my phone and find that I have 3 missed calls, 8 messages, and my phone hasn't rang one fucking time at all.

That said, I don't know which phone to get at all. Or whether to get a phone at all in the first place. There are so many phones that fit my criteria; and with my 6220 worth $150 if I trade it in, I'm wondering if now is the time to change a phone, whether or not Eugence and SHC say it isn't, from a techie's point of view.

I could wait it out, sell my 6220 to a private 2nd hand dealer and go around using the free 3120 I got when I signed that plan for my brother. But then, I was offered $100 for the phone when I asked around, even lower than what Singtel offers for the phone were I to trade it in. And if I waited for better phones to come out, my phone may no longer be worth $150 any more.

And if I change, change to which one?!? The widely acclaimed Sony Ericsson K750i? I've had bad experiences with Ericsson phones, although this one didn't seem that laggy, but I'm a little apprehensive about proving my theory wrong with $500. Moreover, I'd prefer a phone with Symbian, which I don't think the k750i has. The O2 Xphone2 fitted the bill perfectly, but Eugence told me that it's fucking slow. The Xda2 mini SHC recommended is simply too expensive...moreover, the Windows Mobile 2005 edition is coming out, along with phones fitted with it...should I wait?

Fuck.

Riding hard, fast, safely AND taking a few corners.
